Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University in North Carolina. She was raised just outside of Chicago and has been living in North Carolina since she moved here for college. She is now happy to call Davidson, North Carolina home. Shannon began her career in a local outpatient pediatric clinic where she gained experience in the treatment of impairments associated with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, genetic disorders, Autism, torticollis, and many other neurological and orthopedic conditions. She enjoys treating children of all ages as she feels each stage of life has something wonderful to offer. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Shannon was a gymnastics coach, which sparked her love for pediatrics!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, rescue dog and family and friends! I also spend many weekends and evenings assisting in the rescuing of dogs from nearby shelters.
