I was born in Georgia but have lived in North Carolina for most of my life and I currently live in Concord. I attended Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and received an Associate’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting. After working in upper extremity rehabilitation, I went back to graduate school and obtained a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. After graduating, I worked in geriatrics addressing the needs of seniors and their families in various settings including skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and independent living. After 10 years working in geriatrics and with 5 years of management experience, I wanted to expand my knowledge and Occupational Therapy experience and am happy to have found a new home with Milestone Therapy. I am excited to bring my skillset to pediatrics and helping children and families in my community.
While I’m not working, I enjoy spending time hiking and traveling with my husband, 5 year old daughter and 2 year old twins.
