Anna was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She did her undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University, and received her Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Wayne State University. Anna has been in the Charlotte area for over 20 years now. She started her career working with adults in the acute-care hospital setting and has been working with children (in the school, clinic and home setting) for the past 15 years. She has experience providing treatment to pediatric patients diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries, concussions, autism spectrum disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, cognitive impairments, articulation disorders and language delays and disorders. She loves working with parents to help their children become better communicators. Anna’s greatest reward as an SLP is tapping into each individual child and helping them ‘find their voice’ or their strength to communicate their wants and needs effectively!
Anna is married and has 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl). She loves sports, running, traveling and spending time with family and friends!
