Summer Camps for Children with Special Needs April 27, 2017

Fantastic Fives (age 5) and Imagination Station (ages 2-4) are two Therapeutic Recreational Summer Camps available to children with special needs.

Their camp is very structured, and run like a typical camp full of fun activities.  They have arts and crafts, sensory activities, music, pet therapy, dance, outdoor play, a field trip once a week, and swimming once a week.  The camps are located at Tom Sykes Recreation Center in Dilworth, and are open from 7:30am-5:30pm.  Campers do not have to attend that entire time frame, but it is open for those who need it.  Many campers stay between 8:30a-4:30p and those are our main structured hours.

Therapists can come to camp while the camper is there!  This is something that may be convenient for both parents and therapists.  Cost for camp is $100 per week, and parents can pick and choose which weeks they sign up for.  There are 8 weeks total.
